Whānau whanaungatanga

  • Trust Waikato 4 Little London Lane Hamilton, Waikato, 3204 New Zealand (map)

Are you mātua/whānau of a taonga takiwātanga? Come and spend some time and connect with other parents and whānau on similar journeys.

As whānau we understand the unique challenges and joys that come with raising and supporting our extraordinary tamariki. In the spirit of community and shared experiences, we are delighted to hold our first ever whānau get together.

This gathering aims to create a supportive and welcoming space where we can come together, share our stories, exchange insights, and build connections with other whānau who understand the journey we're on. Our goal is to foster a sense of community, share resources, and celebrate the strengths and uniqueness of our taonga.

Please RSVP by 2 November 2023 to ensure we can make the necessary kai arrangements. If you have any specific topics or questions you'd like to address during the gathering, feel free to let us know in advance.

We understand that schedules can be hectic, but we are hoping whānau can join whilst our taonga are at school and be finished in time for school pick ups! Together, we can create a supportive community that uplifts not only our taonga but also each other as whānau.

If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us here at Kanorau!

We look forward to seeing you there!
